As soon as the shipping department has processed an order, an e-mail is sent out notifying the client that his/her parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery to destinations in the UK and Europe is normally faster while the Americas, Russia and the Far East normally stay within the normal delivery time frame of 12 - 15 days - although faster delivery times are normally experienced by our clients.
Parcels are not sent via courier since the cost factor involved is too high, and the time saved does not warrant the extra cost involved.
The product is sent out in plain wrapping and since it is sent via World Mail (such as what Amazon.com uses) a tracking number is not assigned, but should you have a query on your delivery, simply e-mail our shipping department at orders@ageless.co.za.

Orders can be cancelled until the parcel is dispatched, but once posted, the order cannot be cancelled, as it cannot be removed from the postal system, as that contravenes postal regulations.
Should you however wish to return an item for credit, kindly return it to our office, and upon receipt of the parcel, we will process a refund minus the shipping fee, which is 20%.
Mailing is done according to international regulations and all required certification and documentation is attached to each mail item.
