When you purchase from us, and need to fill in your credit card details, you are transferred to the secure server of Americart which does our credit card order processing, which uses 128 bit encryption technology on their site, to which you are transferred when completing your card details, and the validity of their website is verified by VeriSign.

When placing an order, the credit card holder must have the card in his or her possession, since our processing requires the CCV number which is printed on the back of the card.

Our holding company has been selling on the internet for some 7 years and has never had any disputes about fraud, as any attempt to use a credit card fraudulently on our site is handed over to Interpol for investigation and follow up.

Shipping

All parcels are shipped by 1^st class mail and are mailed via Royal Mail in London, United Kingdom.

We quote delivery time as between 12 - 15 working days, but clients from all destinations have reported far quicker delivery time. In our experience, the cost to send the parcels from London with a courier is high and does not shorten the delivery time that much - and for this reason our standard shipping, included in the price, is 1^stclass mail.
