Return policy of Cellumend

Like the rest of the Dermaxime range, Cellumend is manufactured while adhering to strict regulations in a laboratory and all manufacturing protocols, as set up after molecule research, are adhered to. 

The active ingredients are also included at the correct percentages, as determined in the clinical trials, and for that reason, the product will produce the results as stated.

If you feel that you are not satisfied with your purchase, kindly notify us by e-mail within 10 days of receipt of the product at orders@ageless.co.za and return the product.

We will re-fund you the cost of the product/s, to your credit card, after receipt of the returned product/s, minus the shipping cost.

All products must be returned and received in the same condition in which they were sent out, and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the merchandise is packed securely enough to ensure that the products will not be damaged on their return to our offices. 

Please note - the products must be packaged and returned to us in such a way as to prevent breaking and getting damaged in the post. Should a product be destroyed in the post, due to bad packing, we will unfortunately not be able to process a credit.
